We keep our pricing simple and transparent. There are no hidden costs—Best of Home Care does not charge entry or exit fees, nor do we require a basic daily fee.

Thanks to our strong service partnerships and streamlined operations, we are able to offer highly competitive fees. This allows us to focus on delivering high-quality care and enhancing your experience rather than spending resources on excessive administration.

 

Means Testing


If you are not a full Pensioner, you may be required to pay an Income Tested Care Fee (ITCF). This is determined by the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) through an income assessment, which is reviewed every three months. Service providers are unable to waive or reduce this fee.

If you haven’t yet completed a means test, Best of Home Care can assist you in navigating the process.

Management Fees

Package Management Fee
