How pricing works

Your budget and your service prices are different.

Government funding sets the available budget. BHC service prices determine how that budget is used.

Your Support at Home classification determines the government-funded quarterly budget available for approved services. Ten per cent of that ongoing budget is allocated to care management.

BHC then agrees the price for each service with you before support begins. Any delivery costs such as administration and worker travel are reflected in the agreed service price rather than added as separate fees.
