Understanding the program
What is Support at Home?
Support at Home is the Australian Government’s in-home aged care program. It helps older people access coordinated services, equipment and practical assistance so they can remain safe, active and independent at home for longer.
After an aged care assessment, your approved funding and support plan are matched to your care needs. You can then choose a provider such as BHC to organise and deliver the services that matter to you.
How it works

Our team can guide you from the first aged care conversation through to planning services and reviewing your support as your needs change.
