    1Who can access BHC services?
    Our services are available to individuals who need support with independent living, including those with disabilities, older adults, and people recovering from hospital stays. Eligibility varies based on the type of service required.
    2How do I get started with BHC?
    You can start by contacting us through our website, phone, or email. Our team will assess your needs and guide you through the process of selecting the right care plan.
    3What kind of support is provided in SIL?
    SIL includes assistance with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, social activities, and skill-building to promote independent living.
    4How do I know if I’m eligible for SDA?
    SDA eligibility is determined through an NDIS assessment, which evaluates your support needs and living requirements.
    5How do I apply for the NDIS?
    To apply for the NDIS: Check Eligibility – Review the NDIS criteria on ndis.gov.au. Gather Documents – Collect medical reports and assessments. Submit an Access Request – Apply online or call 1800 800 110. Assessment & Approval – NDIS reviews your application and may request more details. Plan Meeting & Support – If approved, create your NDIS plan and choose service providers like BHC for support.
    6Can I have an external support worker for BHC Day Care?
    We can accommodate arrangements based on your needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and ensure a smooth experience.
