What is a Homecare Package?
A Home Care Package (HCP) is a government-funded program that supports Australians aged 65 and older in maintaining their independence at home. Once you are approved for funding, you can choose a service provider and work with them to develop a personalised care plan tailored to your individual needs.
The program offers four levels of care based on your requirements:
- Level 1: Basic care needs
- Level 2: Low-level care needs
- Level 3: Intermediate care needs
- Level 4: High-level care needs

Our Home Care Package Services
